4. Delivery

Unless a separate licence is expressly offered, the purchased file is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for your own personal use.

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or offer the file as a digital asset to others.
• You may not remove copyright or ownership notices from any file where such notices are included.
• You may not use the purchased file as part of a competing template, asset bundle, or print-on-demand catalogue unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Customer Input

You are responsible for the text you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise improper. You confirm that you have the right to use the text you submit.

7. Download Availability and Technical Limits

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Temporary interruptions, rate limits, provider outages, or maintenance may occasionally affect previews or outbound links.

If you encounter a problem with a purchase completed on Etsy, use Etsy order support and the seller contact details provided there.

8. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Because purchases are currently completed through Etsy rather than this website, refund handling, buyer protection, and the practical purchase workflow are governed through Etsy’s platform and the relevant Etsy listing terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, style assets, previews, downloadable files, branding, and related materials remain the property of the operator or its licensors except for the limited licence expressly granted above.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of the site or the digital files.
